Amanda Lee Gross · Founder & Principal
Amanda Lee Gross founded Osprey after more than 25 years in affordable housing. Her career began in site management and progressed through compliance leadership, national training, and executive roles focused on compliance services and policy.
That background includes compliance oversight for more than 5,000 units and work with housing finance agencies, public housing authorities, developers, management agents, and industry organizations.
Her experience informs Osprey’s approach to training, policy development, and decisions involving multiple housing programs.
